Hiring Subtle to Stunning Finishes
The process of completing a custom decorative painting project in your home or business is very simple. We work with our clients to create a design that will maximize the potential of each space. Together, we develop the design, scope and scale of each project.

• Please contact us by either phone or email to discuss your project. At this time, we should discuss the areas you are considering for a decorative finish, your ideas for the project, and schedule an initial consultation.


• We offer a complimentary 1 hour initial consultation at the project site. During this meeting, we will discuss your ideas for the project and review our portfolio of finishes. It is very helpful if you have pictures from magazines, fabric samples or other examples of what you are looking for. This allows us to focus on what you are looking for rather than becoming overwhelmed with the choices we offer. It is also helpful if you have an idea of your budget for the project. With your budget in mind, we can guide you towards painting techniques and finishes that will fit within your budget. At our initial meeting, it is necessary that all decision-makers are present so that we can incorporate everyone's specifications into the proposed design.


• Within a few days of our initial consultation, we will prepare a proposal for your project. This proposal will contain a detailed description of the project, usually with several different potential finishes and pricing options. This will allow you to compare finishes and to select the option that best fits your needs.


• After you review and sign the proposal, we require a fifty percent deposit to reserve a place on our schedule. When we receive the deposit, we will create up to 3 sample boards for each finish. We will review the sample boards with you and then you will select and approve your favorite sample. It is important that you make your selection carefully and review each sample in the ambient light of the room and at different times of the day.


• We will then begin work on your project – creating finishes that are subtle or stunning!
